left-click on ‘File’ then ‘Open URL’ (left
image). If Menu Bar is not visible, right-click on top left corner of
the window as shown in picture, then click on ‘File’ and then
‘Open URL’ (right image). [You can instead use the shortcut
‘Ctrl + U’ on the keyboard.]

3. Type in the following address in the box: http://10.2.16.38:8080 and
then hit ‘Ok’. This address will be saved in the listbox for
later use.
(Technical
information: This is the static IP address for the computer in Moss
Amphitheatre in the Radiology department. In a rare case where broadcast is
being done from another location, the presenter must provide you with his/her
IP address, which can be found in the bottom of the ‘MedCast 3000’
software on the presenter’s computer screen. If you plan on seeing a
presentation from a location other than the UVa hospital or Fontaine Medical
Centre, e.g. home, you may need to set-up a secure VPN connection especially if
the presenter’s IP address begins with 10. On instructions for how to do
that, please visit the ITC website
<http://www.itc.virginia.edu/desktop/vpn/>).

4. Set the volume to your desired setting,
then right-click on the screen and click ‘Full Screen’. [See
number 5 before proceeding to full screen mode]

5. When in full screen mode make sure
that the pin on the top right corner is not pressed down so that the controls
will automatically hide. To exit full screen at any time, simply double-click
on screen or press the ‘escape’ button.
